All systems can be interrogated to identify non-compliant performance and to “drill down” into the supporting sub-systems to identify the cause(s).
The software will then identify the recommended sequence of actions to confirm the cause and rectify the fault.
These diagnostics can be run on demand or can be set to run automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and to notify the appropriate personnel by email to resolve the issues. This is linked to an Issues Tracking module which maintains oversight of faults found and actions taken.
It is important to note that iSynapse only uploads data from the building’s databases – it does not affect the contents of the databases nor does it implement any changes to the installed system.
